To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2024年5月1日晚上一行四人到元朗Yoho Mall北京樓晚飯，店舖是出名 , 當晚陪同家人食飯，點了幾個菜當中有最有名的北京填鴨，出品極為失望，鴨肉凍，肉質發霉，鴨皮沒有半點鬆化，份量少 、沒有味道、接近4百元的價錢，其他菜上枱都是凍的，是否有點過份？其他菜式的性價比亦不高，除止之外，服務都不是太好，當晚消費$1800 , 但好失望，大排檔都不如，還要排隊等位、不會回頭再光顧這食肆。

大年初一想搵地方食晚飯其實都有啲難度，呢度仲可以唔使指定叫新春套餐，可以散叫，係一個唔錯嘅選擇！我哋叫咗半隻片皮鴨，炸蟹鉗，炸小黃魚，咕嚕蝦球，醉雞同埋素鵝。片皮鴨質素唔錯，唔會太多肥膏，有十幾塊薄餅可以夾肉，絕對足夠有餘。炸蟹鉗上菜嘅時候熱辣辣嘅，相信係即炸，咬落啖啖蝦膠肉，最後仲有真蟹肉，幾好味。炸小黃魚炸得剛剛好，魚皮脆脆地好香口，雖然叫小黃魚，但其實一啲都唔細條！醉雞都酒味濃，份量足，但略嫌太多雞胸，比較鞋口，淨係個底有兩件雞髀肉。素鵝原來係冷盤，有煙薰味，幾特別，可以一試。

最近與親友在YOHO北京樓聚餐,各式小菜陸續上菜,我們驚讚不已。首先上桌的雲南火腿雲吞雞,鮮嫩的雞肉加上雲吞,心底的火腿香氣四溢,口感殘留至今。隨後的花醋小排骨,酸酸甜甜的小排骨讓人忍不住再吃一口。翡翠白切肉更是入口鮮甜,肉質嫩滑,讓人吃不膩。金華火腿雜錦炒飯更是愛炒飯的救星。最後一同享用的北京填鴨別具風味、小籠包和紅油抄手,這餐的尾聲將我們的胃填的滿滿的。YOHO北京樓的各式小菜,豐富了我們親友聚會的美好回憶。

元朗YOHO北京樓 約左朋友去元朗Yoho飲茶, 見到北京樓門口幾令就入去試下啦 平日lunch 有午市套餐，小菜加半隻片皮鴨，但同行朋友覺得太heavy, 都係叫返點心食 點左9碟點心，生煎包一碟4隻，牛肉餅一碟有2件，2樣都好熱好多汁，一口爆汁！ 蝦餃吾掂。。。一上菜就爛左。。4粒有3粒都穿左漏曬d汁出來。。。 蒸過火了，有進步空間燒賣就正常發揮，大大粒，有蝦同豬肉有肉汁流出 羅白糕有好多羅白絲，足料既，煎得好香口，有少少脆皮既感覺 小籠包好多湯汁，點埋個醋食好夾味，一啖一個岩岩好 布拉腸粉好普通，芝麻略少，腸粉可以落多d醬更好

今日嚟到北京樓掃街踩雷，撞正佢哋嘅午市孖寶套餐同片皮鴨半價優惠，即刻駛過去一探究竟。嗌咗個嚟試下，先講下擔擔麵，麵條扎實得嚟又唔會太糰，辣椒油濃郁但唔會辣到喊，嗰啲花生碎撒落面頂，微微嘅香脆撞擊，味道真係幾正！🍜接住嚟就係齋玩片皮鴨。搞到我個塑料紙都快掛唔住哂咁多料😂！嗰啲鴨皮又香又脆，真係襯得上「回味無窮」幾個字；啲醬汁桂花滿園，鮮甜得嚟唔膩口，令啲鴨肉香滑無比，幾個字形容下—係咁滑！🦆又點少得小籠包！湯汁飽滿彈牙，一入口就爆發出鮮美湯汁，肉添係鮮嫩多汁，海棠流水，啱哂食完小食再嚟個品茗趁涼。💧飲品部分，個烏梅醋同蘋果醋就真係得心應手，夏天飲嘢唔就係要清新解暑咩！嗰啲梅味入口就正，再加上椰果添啲口感，酸酸甜甜開胃！飲咗後覺得清新舒泰。🍹總結，呢家北京樓賣相得體價錢又合理，平平哋都可以食到啲咁有水準嘅中菜，被襲左都值得！下次再嚟試吓其他嘢！
