To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食烤魚來說,個人覺得和梳打也是幾配的,因為那種冰涼快感,絕對可以cool down一下烤魚的熱炙和香辣感,柑桔既份量都幾多,所以味道都幾濃。

小龍坎口水雞 $78


涼菜我們點了一個口水雞,辣度我覺得係可以接受既辣,平時食米線叫開小辣既我地都應該得綽綽有餘,雞件既面頭灑滿佐芝麻,而這亦係口水雞的精髓,令整道菜色更香口,而雞既肉質都好嫩滑,涼涼地既溫感令人好易食唔停。

清江魚,招牌豆花烤魚,加娃娃菜,寬粉 $334


烤魚方面,主要是用魚的質素來決定價錢,最貴的是沙巴龍躉 ($338),而最平的是鲩魚 ($238),而我地就聽從店員的介紹,點了一款比較少骨,而似質又夠嫩滑既清江魚 ($298)。 


選好魚類後,便可以選醬汁味道,和配菜;  味道有7款可以揀,而配菜則有大量,基本上就係烤魚版既火鍋吧。


烤魚係用爐著一起上桌的,所以熱度得以保持,基本上上桌既時候氣魚已經係熟既,稍微加熱已經食得。

招牌豆花烤魚醬汁,微辣,而豆花其實同個醬汁唔係MIX埋既,而係放在鐵皚既四個角落,其實我都唔知係唔係要mix埋一齊食,而我就選擇佐將佢分開,當做一個配料去食,感覺更美觀,而豆花係非常香滑既。



店員真係無推介錯,呢款魚既魚骨真係比較少,同埋比較大塊,所以食得都幾暢快。


烤魚既絕配,絕對係寬粉,因為寬粉用黎吸醬汁真係一流,睇住佢由白色變透明就食得啦。

食到一半覺得可以多點一個凍豆腐去吸醬汁,以免浪費。

酒釀小丸子 $22


食完烤魚有點意猶未盡,想點多一個甜品,餐廳的甜品選擇不多,而我喜愛這款酒釀小丸子在於佢既甜度適中,唔算好甜,酒味亦都不重,香味很夠,小丸子黏韌有口感。
