To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與同事一起吃午餐,同事建議去一間有醉人風景的中菜廳用膳,於是就來到這裏,餐廳被尖沙咀高空的風景圍著,確實觀景開揚,枱上的茶具和餐具都非常別緻,中午時段來光顧確實比較划算,因為有上午11:30至2:30的午市任點套餐,有多款點心小菜和炒粉麵可以選擇,而且每次上菜的份量都是按枱上人數,不多不少,所以可以多點幾款菜式品嘗,小菜前菜方面比較出色,蝦仁炒蛋,蝦仁非常彈牙,雞蛋炒得很嫩滑,另外陳醋云耳非常爽口開胃,這店的茶葉都是高質的,水滾茶靚就是這種,望着醉人的風景一邊飲茶吃午餐,真是一大享受
