To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 你到呢間必點就係酥皮叉燒包啦!次次黎親都要起碼食兩籠。一個女已經可以食兩至三個, (當然依家啲包越嚟越細個啦!)不過當然超多人排啦,嘩!米之蓮喎。六成都係遊客,買外賣都起碼要等半個鐘至九個字,以前dry等就真係唔想食啦!而家好啲,隔離開咗間超市,落完單去行下街,時間過得比較快。講返個酥皮叉燒包,皮薄餡靚,酥皮夠簡牛油味。叉燒夠味有夠淋。真係無得輸!以前食親都覺得好好食,不過依家唔知係咪太旺啦,啲包有時焗唔切,時間焗得唔夠,比較淺色同埋冇咁香脆。又係要睇彩數啦!
