平時去開灣仔,都剩係識食西餐/快餐,今日朋友帶路,去左一間古色古香嘅中菜餐廳搵食,估唔到幾有驚喜喎。侍應介紹餐廳呢期嘅特色食品,包括 “鳳凰展翅‘’ (炸黃花魚)及“包你撈起”(豬肋撈粗),見個名幾得意,又似係幾傳統嘅懷舊菜,但個名又好似有d新煮意,加上我又鍾意食香口濃味小菜,決定聽侍應講先點呢兩個。鳳凰展翅🦈黃花魚炸得金黃鬆脆,脆口至骨頭都食到,魚味鮮,仲可以用手撕開,好玩好食。包你撈起🍝豬肋條撈粗麵,麵條夠乾身;而豬肋煮燉至用筷子輕易篤入,加埋花椒油,撈起時更香氣四溢。燒肉併叉燒🥓叉燒份量唔少,軟腍一咬即開;半肥瘦燒肉,皮脆肉鬆,入口唔覺油膩。金沙鍋巴🫓、鴛鴦蝦球🦐呢兩小碟,造型極精緻。先講金沙鍋巴,一咬就感受到鹹蛋黃嘅威力,勁鍾意濃郁鹹蛋黃味嘅我,入口充分感受到每粒脆米均沾裹到金沙,勁滿足。而鴛鴦蝦球嘅蝦肉幾彈牙,配沙律,或草莓,各有風味。呢間餐館小菜唔錯,座位都幾舒服,想食中式小菜,呢度確係酒樓以外嘅選擇。
