由於是富豪會員,很多時會去家居附近的麗豪酒店用膳,富豪坊的中菜水準很好,但愈來愈少樓面職員,上菜也愈來愈慢。今晚一家三口晚飯,要了燕窩鮑魚套餐,會員價每位$438,邊吃邊等上菜,竟要3小時才吃完,而且上菜的只管放下菜卻不執檯,其他樓面和部長也不理,於是…大家可想像這是酒店的高級中菜廳嗎?不過,菜式和味道仍是一流的, 先看menu吧:這個套餐其實頗為抵吃(以會員價來說),首道是富豪三小碟,脆皮燒腩肉雖然好,但做得好的燒腩仔到處都是,反而另兩樣 - 和味貢菜和芥香雲耳卻令人驚喜:第二道的花膠鮮杏汁燉白肺, 值得強烈推介. 杏汁白肺很多知名食府都是主打菜, 這裡除加入花膠而質感和味道甚夾外, 那度湯把材料都燉得融化, 入口香氣四溢, 可說是頂尖之作!這道珊瑚羅漢大蝦, 美味得來有點怪, 一個蝦頭, 兩個蝦身, 還加上一塊蝦膠, 份量大, 蝦彈牙新鮮, 蝦頭美味. 蠔皇生扣四頭南非鮮鮑魚, 即是游水有殼時一斤四隻, 個頭甚細. 沒鵝掌或北菇伴, 只有切成花的小棠菜. 鮑魚味道和蠔汁都一般, 反而那小棠菜卻很好吃. 翅湯竹笙釀燕窩, 翅湯和竹笙道好味, 但把燕窩釀進竹笙只是增加豪華感, 對味道無

Other Info. : 麗豪用膳可免費泊車2小時,但因富豪坊上菜太慢,部長替我多簽一小時,算貼心了。當晚晚飯人客不算多, 也要近三小時才吃完, 真不敢想像客人多時會如何. 如沒有三小時閒暇用膳, 這裡的上菜速度是會令客人火滾的.
