To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天4人忙裡偷閒,來lunch,叫咗:1)牛柳瑞士汁濕炒河-個樣好似乾炒牛河咁,不過多咗小小汁(其實同d油撈埋)-牛柳唔多,味道唔差因d汁帶小小甜,只是太多油2)什菜炒河-有番茄,通菜等,味道亦唔錯,不過有同1個通病-多油得滯3)甜酸魚柳飯-魚柳炸漿太多粉-配料有菠蘿,青椒,紅椒-普通4)蜜桃焗叉燒飯-是其中1個燒味fusion創作-效法西式豬扒焗飯的做法,個叉燒經過1焗後,反而更鬆化,但個飯唔得乾身5)冰鎮奶茶-同事是因為此而來,故1定會叫。見到好多枱都有叫-是用外賣膠杯蓋好"莊"住,然後放在1個盛滿冰粒的兜內-賣點是這杯凍飲是沒有加冰,故入口比1般濃,但較甜,可能是同事飲嘢習慣通常叫小甜6)中湯-粉葛瘦肉赤小豆-湯肉都撈到足料,味精應該唔多因食完我都無嘜反應-ok7)西湯-羅宋湯-ok-以前晚餐時段來過,好多人。今次中午亦1樣,但就無比人打尖的情況(因我等位的全程在叫枱姐姐旁邊,也有其他食客圍住她)-其實它的價錢唔算平喎,1個普通燒味包飲品要$40-比較欣賞其3款燒味fusion版的創新,另有wasabi焗燒肉飯,味道好唔好就未知因還未試過-waitresses服務有效率,有需要她
