我前排去左一間旺角海鮮菜館,原來呢一間係歷史悠久嘅海鮮菜館都有唔少名人去幫襯過!首先前菜試咗白灼韭菜花同白灼海蜇。韭菜花煮得恰到好處,保持脆嫩,翠綠爽脆。海蜇亦都鮮脆彈牙,配上醬汁,清爽開胃~杏汁菜膽白肺湯胡椒豬肚雞湯係另一道特色湯品。湯底濃郁,杏汁嘅香甜味道同菜膽白肺湯嘅滋味相得益彰。胡椒豬肚雞湯熬得濃郁,滋補又暖胃,真係一碗暖心湯品!油浸虎杉斑係咁一道經典菜式。呢度菜式我從未喺其他餐廳食過~ 虎杉斑魚肉鮮嫩,煮得剛剛好,油浸後帶有淡淡嘅魚香,每一口都好鮮美,值得食呢一味!最後試咗旺角一品炒飯。炒飯炒得香口有彈性,米粒分明,配料豐富,每一口都帶來滿滿的滿足感。味道正宗,絕對係一道令人回味無窮嘅經典炒飯。整體而言,呢間旺角海鮮菜館嘅菜式多樣化,味道正宗,每一道菜都帶有獨特嘅風味。服務亦都好周到,適合同朋友或家人一齊享受美食。如果你鍾意海鮮同經典中菜,呢間海鮮菜館可以一試😌
