To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 溫野菜比同集團其他日式火鍋走高檔少少嘅路線。雖然牛肉選擇差不多。不過配料質素就高啲。加上可以揀散叫或者任食。彈性比較高。野食份量又細細碟。岩哂兩個人黎食。同時對於細食嘅朋友黎講唔會咁浪費。仲有就係佢有好多日本酒選擇。豐儉由人。是日冇訂到枱。已經事前用apps拎飛。不過最後都等左差不多成個鐘先有位。主要叫左鹿兒島黑毛和牛牛肩。再加啲配菜。牛肉上台時顏色鮮紅。牛脂紋路都幾靚仔。厚度適中。每片都好大塊。食落又香又淋。的確正。於是encore叫多碟。見到紋路好唔同。同埋肉色黑黑地。感覺麻麻。不過照食。味道一樣咁正。蔬菜望落乾淨新鮮。似係有花心機處理。其他丸同餃老實講就覺得味道麻麻。唔太特別。叫左支大吟釀。serve with高身杯。感覺即刻elegant左。不過成晚都勁驚夾野時會掃低左隻杯。😵
