結婚週年兼端午節公眾假期,食好D!鐘意呢到夠cozy,意大利家庭式餐廳,枱布,碟,花樽都印有sabatini 的標誌,有歐州人的堅持,細緻。今日公眾假期serve brunch, starter的選擇比我預期中少,無生蠔,龍蝦,比起同级數的Hugo 和Felix有D输蝕。其他的海鲜如大蝦,硯,螺,尚算新鮮,Parma ham 質素可以,今次有魚子醬,不過個人唔太欣賞,不懂品嚐,未知是否貴貨。牛肉他他未熔晒雪就端上,令整個starter失了不少分。Pasta唔會令你失望,軟硬度適中,醬汁味道不太濃,balance。主菜選了西冷牛扒和煎鲷魚,牛扒medium,廚師把生熟度掌握得很好,保持了肉質和肉味,不需多調味,少少mustard 就能把牛肉味提升。煎魚配磨茹汁,配搭很好,美味。甜品要試tiramisu, 意大利甜品,無得輸,個人略谦酒味未夠,拿破侖是高水準之作,放响到咁奈,pastry 還是很脆,整體唔會太甜,配上咖啡作結,完美。講起咖啡,餐廳配上暖奶,不會熱啡撞冰奶,保持咖啡溫度口感,不至鞋口,此乃有心餐廳一般做法。服務可以,可以見到員工對熟客招呼殷勤,唯對新客,少不免令人感覺不到親切
