一月同男朋友去完東京食日式燒肉,早兩日傾開到依家都覺得好掛住,醒起呢間店成日都好多人,趁平日少d人一於去試試,點個2套餐食😋前菜:二選一,點左和風菠菜同和風芽菜,兩款都好爽口,味道清新開胃。沙律:同樣二選一,一款係大崎蟹柳沙律,d蟹柳撕成絲連同椰菜絲加埋沙律醬,每啖都好新鮮好夠味。另一款係元氣捲心菜,d椰菜都好多,一樣爽口。肉類方面點左一碟特選豬頸肉,未燒已經見到好靚,用塩醬調左味,燒熟之後又香又惹味,d肉食落好彈牙。另一碟係櫻姫雞腿肉,menu 寫北海道名物,用左柚子胡椒調味,燒出嚟d油香芬芳撲鼻,食落連同胡椒味,雞肉又唔嚡。到成餐既主角,就係牛!一碟係4款唔同既牛肉,2款牛肋肉、牛胸腹肉同和牛腹肉,每樣食入口都係一句話,好好味,厚薄適中,脂肪比例啱啱好,燒到外面焦香,食入口軟滑。另外有一碟薄切肩胛片,真係夠哂薄,一放落爐轉頭就食得,唔駛等,好嫩好嫩口。味道來講,其實同響日本食都差唔多,個二人套餐都夠食,如果多返杯野飲同雪糕就同日本食完全一樣😆,不過性價比都唔錯。
