To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放假當然到處搵食啦!即興打電話逸東軒飲茶,竟然有枱,訂了 10:45am,12:15pm 還枱。有幾年在佐敦上班,幾乎是午餐飯堂,2001年加入會籍,每次來都 85 折優惠,現在間中都會來飲茶或晚飯,今天暫停使用,不要緊 !午市的車位已經滿了!所以 “冒險” 泊北海街!哈哈!叫了龍井茶,點了我每次一定會食的蝦餃及叉燒包,另外鳳爪、排骨、星洲炒米粉(走蔥),及脆皮流沙酥。蝦餃比以前細隻了, 但依然新鮮 !叉燒包保持水準 !美味排骨鮮味,食得出是新鮮排骨 鳳爪及格啦!星洲炒米,的確少鹽少糖,味道剛好,而且蝦仁也不少,配料有叉燒絲及韭黃 !為了要 12:15pm 前還枱,流沙酥未到,所以 12 點就結帳,等待流沙酥 !那碟流沙酥終於來了,但廚師失手了 !每隻都像 “浸透油”,雖然我不是廚師,但一般家庭主婦都應該懂得,油未滾就炸,就會 “嗦油”。其實侍應看到都提出拿回去換,hubby 說不用換,拿回廚房讓廚師知道就好 !我也嘗試吃了一口,完全不是 “脆皮”流沙酥,實在太油膩,是 “油皮”, 結果浪費了 !侍應連聲不好意思 !算啦 !我們又不是要求換或賠償 !最後取車,炒了一張牛肉乾,時間是12
