To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日聽同事話旺記冰室暗然銷魂飯好好味😋今次就去朝聖。因為落雨天☔️午飯時間吾多人並沒有人龍,直入店內。店內茶記裝修,鋪面面積不大, 容納大約三十人左右,設有卡位雅座,以香港🇭🇰茶記特色畫作裝飾,環境乾淨,燈光明亮。滑蛋叉燒飯(HKD 55):蛋係夠滑但唔夠蛋香,而且沒有奶香味,正常會加牛奶🥛去炒至滑身,吾太夠味。 甜豉油圍左一圈飯既外圍,水浸飯咁,甜豉油又吾夠甜,叉燒仲要係柒色叉燒,吾係傳統蜜汁叉燒,仲帶肥膏,咬落焾身,有點失望🙍,整體一般。總結:速食暗然銷魂飯 整體一般價錢略貴
