Restaurant: Lockcha (Hong Kong Park)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間因為地點的關係,中午時段,全區的打工人基本上都過去吃飯了,根本上如果你沒有訂位,就不用過去了沒位。 而且環境比較逼夾,非常非常嘈吵,也完全沒有地方讓你等位。還要走一段戶外的路才能過去,香港的春夏秋過去吃飯或者吃完出來會很辛苦。 晚上都是。而且這間休息得太早了,中午沒辦法跟打工人搶位置,七點過去吃晚飯的話,半個小時就截單了,八點關門,簡直是個笑話。更笑話的是,你一定要被強制點一種茶,光吃飯不行。所以說香港人都北上吃飯,這種餐廳,這種玩法,恕我接受不能。
