TONY WONG 的蛋糕出名又靚又好食,所以我對這間都是由TONY WONG 開辨的甜藝家一樣信心十足。店舖裝修簡單光鮮,放滿多款不同的貨品,有主打的蝴蝶酥及曲奇餅外,還有蛋白脆餅,酥條,脆米波及菠蘿酥等一些新產品,店員對每款產品都很熟悉,並會細心介紹,而且可以試食,試岩自己口味才買,而且送禮一流。蝴蝶酥及曲奇餅是我最愛,這款<蝶之花>十分吸睛,更是呃like之選,分了三層,底的兩層是原味,面層是大大小小沾上白朱古力,更襯上糖珠及糖花,女士應該很喜歡的,最大的蝴蝶酥更比我手掌還要大。蝴蝶酥夠酥脆,牛油味香,不會過甜。貪心的我,曲奇選了9 款口味的雜錦曲奇,有朱古力蛋白,雲呢拿脆米,黑金芝麻,抹茶朱古力脆珠,士多啤梨朱古力,海鹽朱古力,棋盤曲奇,紅莓乾曲奇,熱情果醬曲奇。最精緻的會揀紅莓乾曲奇,上面會有食用紫色薰衣草花,好靚。味道最好會選黑金芝麻,很香芝麻味及熱情果醬曲奇,不會太甜,反而微酸更加開胃。
