To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 追月夜,和家人到石門站旁邊的>>>彩福皇宴<<<用膳。酒樓位於馬鐵線車站旁邊,方便至極,無需費神尋找餐廳所在。這夜人不太多,即使沒有訂位也可輕鬆入座。 當晚點了不少菜,可惜太晚收工,家人率先開動,結果沒法把每客食物一一記錄, 只能分享追加的食物。脆皮椒鹽豆腐拼吊片(HKD90) 非常香口,雖然不太健康,但這樣的一層脆皮,確是非常吸引;不論是豆腐或者是吊片,炸漿均很透薄。無論是豆腐的外脆內軟,或者是吊片的外邊爽脆內邊彈牙, 也是很誘人的對比。椒鹽是輕輕的一抹,簡單的帶出味道,不會太過濃烈。 美極乾炒海鮮麵(HKD113) 顧名思義當然附帶一些海鮮,份量也蠻多。麵身夠乾, 也是名副其實,沒有太過油膩。用美極炒香,味道不會太鹹的,顏色也很靚。 甜品的選擇是雪蓮桃膠燉木瓜(HKD23)。 過了中秋,天氣更見乾燥,內內外外也要滋潤一下,當然要品嚐滋潤的糖水,給身體打打氣。用料十足,味道清甜,吃過的話也讚不絕口。 整體食物售價尚算親民,唯茶錢有點意料之外,每位HKD14, 殊不便宜。
