To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中環的日式拉面店,12點前到不用等位亦都有幾枱人食緊叫左招牌的熊拉面,個樣就咁睇落有好有唔好。好係比起其他店佢係俾一隻完整半熟蛋你。不過叉燒就只有一片明顯較少,配菜亦都失色只有蔥花和木耳碎,個人比較喜歡有更多蔬菜和竹笋之類的配菜令成件事健康D,同埋蔬菜吸左面汁亦都好好味。試飲湯底飲落係OK GE,唔算係好濃好咸的味,口味較為清淡健康,但係豚骨味就唔太突出,不過不失。麵都係OK,叫左較粗的那款同埋普通硬度,但湯底不太掛麵所以食起上來會有少少淡,但就可以飲些湯來配搭。份量係足夠正常食量的人。總括來講味道OK,配料不足,價錢偏貴一碗$95性價比只是一般。
