To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期带朋友香港一天遊,時間緊迫.如果要選擇能夠代表香港的食物/餐廳,首選”茶餐廳“.由尖沙咀坐船到灣仔參觀金紫荊廣場(遊客必到打卡點)在附近剛巧見到金記,印象中金記的奶茶咖啡好似都可以.於是3大2小等了大約十幾分鐘正好下午兩點半下午茶時段.下午茶時段的價錢相對比較優惠所以炒粉麵的份量好像少了一點還是碟子比較迷你😅. 其餘我們點了炸雞脾都算大隻,不太油,但是炸得有少許乾. 沙律也是一般.薯條及西多士就好味. 另外,我們還加購了一碗迷你湯米粉. 每份下午茶也包一杯飲品,熱飲不用加錢,凍飲加$3. 最驚喜凍利賓納加檸檬也是加$3 (平時有好多茶餐廳也是特飲加$8-10以上)
