To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期带朋友香港一天遊,時間緊迫.如果要選擇能夠代表香港的食物/餐廳,首選”茶餐廳“.由尖沙咀坐船到灣仔參觀金紫荊廣場(遊客必到打卡點)在附近剛巧見到金記,印象中金記的奶茶咖啡好似都可以.於是3大2小等了大約十幾分鐘正好下午兩點半下午茶時段.下午茶時段的價錢相對比較優惠所以炒粉麵的份量好像少了一點還是碟子比較迷你😅. 其餘我們點了炸雞脾都算大隻,不太油,但是炸得有少許乾. 沙律也是一般.薯條及西多士就好味. 另外,我們還加購了一碗迷你湯米粉. 每份下午茶也包一杯飲品,熱飲不用加錢,凍飲加$3. 最驚喜凍利賓納加檸檬也是加$3 (平時有好多茶餐廳也是特飲加$8-10以上) continue reading

質素差劣的餐廳!可能因為附近沒有大眾化價位的食店,多人光顧,唔休做。職員們態度惡劣,好串。本人與友人們參加完活動,因為人數多,早初聽到叫我們籌號,結果職員說按錯。之後等了一段時間才入座,而且要分開兩枱吃飯,兩枱相隔頗遠,都算了。然後可能因為已經到晚上9點左右,女樓面經理,要我們叫指定餐牌內的食物,表示叫以下食物會直接幫我們下單,而且會好快上菜。結果我們有3個黑椒汁牛扒腸仔飯,全部漏單!其他枱的客人遲過我們入座,他們的黑椒汁牛扒腸仔飯都已經到了。而且期間,女經理更要我們提早付款埋單,說收銀職員要埋數。而且催促我們快點埋單,更要自行出去收銀處付款,但不通知。本人還以為職員親自給單,親自催促付款,原來不會親自收款。然後計入單時間是21:27,但我們發現還未有3個黑椒汁牛扒腸仔飯。其中兩位友人的滑蛋免治牛肉已經吃飽。之後我們找一位男職員,男職員態度不耐煩,之後我們說那3個餐何時到。他只說幫忙看看。結果到了21:50左右,才上3份黑椒汁牛扒腸仔飯,即表示漏單。然後其中一份牛扒很韌口,難以切割。擺明是臨急煮成。只會催人快點付款,但食物就漏單而且22點就關門,雖然沒有職員上前催促,但我們也很肚餓,而且趕著回家,急忙吃飯。成個用餐過程很差。 continue reading

OT 做到收工已經好夜,入咗金記食碟快靚正。叫咗「乾炒牛河」同「西冷奶茶走冰」,炒牛河鑊氣十足,河粉油香滲入每條粉,唔會濕濕哋,又唔黏底。牛肉用咗生粉醃過,滑而唔鞋口,仲帶肉香唔死鹹,真係幾好炒功。椰菜加豆芽啱啱熟,爽脆唔出水,炒得火喉夠。奶茶方面係港式標準,高濃度紅茶配上厚奶,走冰版本唔會太稀,啱晒我呢啲唔飲凍嘢嘅人。價錢平民,埋單唔使$60,仲要出餐夠快,唔洗等。裝修就係典型舊式冰室 feel,講求實用唔靚。唔需要打卡,純粹求一口熟悉又撐肚嘅 comfort food,呢度啱晒。 continue reading

新潮流茶餐廳,前身是金記冰室,灣仔分店係正會展地鐵站出口,位置好方便。………………………………………………葡撻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️葡撻皮係酥皮是常識吧,酥皮口感好酥脆,蛋撻餡甜度適中,蛋漿焗得好滑溜,蛋味香濃,好味!凍奶茶 (少冰少甜) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️茶味同奶味好平衡,飲落順喉,少甜的甜度對我嚟講啱啱好。………………………………………………金記的凍奶茶不嬲都好好飲,一直都穩守保持到質素。葡撻就第一次食,值得推介。 continue reading
