To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐以前我都好鍾意食金記，今日入嚟食午餐睇文字叫咗呢個「滑蛋叉燒飯」，上到枱面見到芡汁叉燒飯，搵啲差少啲肉又梅又林。只能夠說而家人工、租金、食材都好貴，呢個食物質素可以同最大嗰兩間快餐店媲美。永冇下次。

金記本身擁有多間分店，但近期唔少金記茶餐廳分店相繼結業，今日試一試尚未結業的金記茶餐廳。去到茶餐廳，梗係要嗌一嗌常餐，當日就嗌咗呢個豬潤麵常餐，配炒蛋多士。豬膶麵份量唔多，豬膶細塊薄身唔好食，而且湯頭唔好飲，相比起以前食物嘅質素明顯差咗。而且豬潤麵上菜嘅時候湯汁灑滿碗邊，賣相亦都唔靚唔衛生。至於炒蛋多士，質素同普通快餐店相同，冇咩特別驚喜。最後跟餐仲有個熱檸茶，可惜嘅係熱檸茶遲遲未上，係食完所有食物口等多10分鐘先至有，令到整個用餐體驗都未如理想。希望餐廳之後會有所改善。

厚切午餐肉煎蛋飯。 份量大大碟。蛋可以選擇太陽蛋，煎蛋。 午餐肉有兩大塊，再加一條腸仔，飯上有少少豉油汁。 味道ok ，免費加熱飲。服務方面，因為9點半last order, 我地9點3先到，有少少趕收工感覺。總體來說，港式冰室。多選擇

===========================客家沙薑雞飯$84 包括中湯、熱飲1）雞選的雞較肥，脂肪仲多過啲肉沙薑調味味道夠濃，但汁偏鹹；其中一塊雞不太熟，見血水且肉不離骨2）湯中湯不過不失，有兩粒肉咁3）熱飲普通檸水，怕酸的人可選1片檸檬4）座位環境座位ok , 兩個人也可以坐卡位 ， 較舒適但四週放滿雜物===========================總結：唔算太難食但呢個價錢連雞都未煮熟係有啲過份

會展office,游客區，服務態度差到咁，野食遲遲未上，食完就已經俾職員提示用餐時間己過。香港飲食真係無得玩，服務差，態度差，環境差，金記多人食都做得唔好，唉，無得唔負評
