天氣清涼，吃碗熱騰騰的拉麵便最好，加上該天的特別味油是激辛辣油，加上原有的辣醬，可算辣上加辣。整體加起來是有相當的辣度，但也不會過辣，而且也不是死辣將所有味道蓋過。起碼豬骨湯的鮮味仍在，我也把湯差不多光。
