最近很晚才收工,正所謂辛苦得來自在食,要對自己好一點。先來一杯熱情菠蘿燒酌,酒味不算濃而且有鮮菠蘿的甜味及薄荷葉的中和很易入口。是夜主角活貝盛合及蟹味噌甲羅燒浜燒蟹味噌甲羅燒賣相固然很邪惡最重要是人手即席炮製,燒時淋上清酒,份外惹味!鮑魚亦於燒前去腸及切成半塊將鵪鶉蛋、蟹籽、蟹肉混合在一起味道不算濃而且很鮮味。蠔燒熟後沒有縮水仍然很大隻,肉質飽滿好肥美。蠔燒好後仍然充滿濃濃的海水味而且不乾身北海道帆立貝很大隻而且很鮮甜東瀛五點盛包括三文魚、吞拿魚、甜蝦、帶子等 海鮮沙律份量都算豐富而且亦都很新鮮南瀛卷就是有甜蝦、拖羅蓉、魚子及海膽,份外滿足。很滿意的一餐
