To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 轉型變茶餐廳

以前食過，覺得除咗價位比較高之外，食物，環境同態度都幾好，所以對呢間餐廳一向有好感。見到佢做任食套餐，就帶左屋企人一齊去食。其實都預咗食物質素會有啲唔同，但係真係估唔到居然請咗一大堆新嘅侍應。佢哋講嘢好粗魯同埋好冇禮貌。雖然窗外個景都係靚，但係服務就茶餐廳質素。因為侍應問題，成餐飯都食得唔係幾開心/舒服。都明白而家個市好差，個個心情都唔好。但係其實出街食飯，都會希望可以放鬆吓。今次經歷令我大失所望。可能餐廳諗住轉型做年青人生意，走平價路線。但我個人覺得服務態度影響用餐心情，同埋佢勝價比唔高，所以而家已經對間餐廳冇晒好感，以後都應該唔會再幫襯。
