自己喜歡吃PIZZA,一直都很想到銅鑼灣登龍的THE POINT餐廳朝聖,然而時間總是不夾,剛好星期天經過尖沙咀THE ONE,發現有新的分店,覺得裝潢還不錯,跟幾位友人來試試。提起這間餐廳,不能不提它們的pizza質素,特別是它的PIZZA 皮底,和市面上的pizza 有點不同,餐廳採用特別設計焗爐,熱力平均,厚度適中,既有餅乾的脆也有保持厚身pizza的飽滿感覺。火爐火力十足,落單不用十分鐘,皮脆肉香的PIZZA就能上枱,真是符合像我般心急的食客。查看餐牌,發現了有新的Lobster Pizza ( $298) ,於是決定一試,另外,還要了迷迭香烤法國春雞($198),香蒜橄欖油炒野菌($72)作為主食。落單後不久,Lobster Pizza 即時上枱,原隻龍蝦和PIZZA 結合,派頭十足,賣相吸引!大煮先把龍蝦身己起肉,切成小方格,混奶油蘑菇粒先煮個七分熟,放回龍蝦殼中灑上起司,這應該是,美國人發揚光大的「Lobster Thermidor龍蝦占米多」的煮法。PIZZA 採用茴香頭、車厘茄、水牛芝士作配料、配以海鮮汁,突顯海鮮的鮮味之餘,又能維持PIZZA的芝士味道,吃來清新美味

落單後不久,Lobster Pizza 即時上枱,原隻龍蝦和PIZZA 結合,派頭十足,賣相吸引!大煮先把龍蝦身己起肉,切成小方格,混奶油蘑菇粒先煮個七分熟,放回龍蝦殼中灑上起司,這應該是,美國人發揚光大的「Lobster Thermidor龍蝦占米多」的煮法。PIZZA 採用茴香頭、車厘茄、水牛芝士作配料、配以海鮮汁,突顯海鮮的鮮味之餘,又能維持PIZZA的芝士味道,吃來清新美味。

第二道菜迷迭香烤法國春雞($198),和一般餐室不同,這裡的廚師火喉技巧熟練,雞身肉質不會太乾,保持鮮嫰軟滑,入口時還保持鮮味肉汁,配以三種醬料,惹味指數爆標,感覺不錯。另一款香蒜橄欖油炒野菌($72),野菌配以香蒜及多款香料清炒,口感濃郁惹味,令人無法抗拒。

來到THE POINT,當然要吃這裡的特別甜品Pear & Honey Ricott($72),香甜的李肉配以雪糕,冰冰雪糕和火熱的果肉成強烈對比,有意外驚喜,也是不錯的甜食,值得推介。最後,作為飯後飲品,我選了FRESH UP ($48)這杯以荔枝果汁茶的特色MOCKTAIL,感覺冰極爽快,這裡用的紅茶徧苦,和荔枝果肉成了對比,入口獨特,是消暑最佳飲品。

第二次來THE POINT,感覺餐廳的層次又高了一級,比起銅鑼灣的餐廳,這裡的廚師的手藝明顯更進一步,完全符合食客的要求,值得一試。
