To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今天去酒店的中菜廳吃晚餐,服務和食物都令人滿意。用電話留座,到達時很快安排入座,大廳有十張檯,檯與檯之間有一段距離,座位闊落,令人坐得舒服。以為平日客不多,後來整個大廳也滿客了。叫了時令精選套餐,食物款式不多,三餸一羹一飯一甜品,對於胃口小的我們來說這份量是足夠了。菜未上先吃檯上的蜜汁珠豆,味道不錯,蜜汁很多,吃每一口珠豆都感覺甜蜜,豆身不過硬,輕輕咀嚼就可以了。蜜汁叉燒拼鹵水豆腐,位上,每人一份,每碟有三片叉燒及豆腐。叉燒有咬口,不肥不膩,帶有蜜味的叉燒,鹹甜適中。豆腐皮硬內軟,豆腐注滿鹵水的汁液又不過分,吃得滋味。花膠竹笙瑤柱羹,羹夠熱,材料豐富,滿口都是花膠竹笙瑤柱,花膠竹笙爽口,瑤柱絲鮮甜,濃稠適中,味道不錯。翡翠扣原條剌參,剌參小小一條,彈性佳,叉住剌参時要小心,因為經常會滑出來,如果掉落獻汁上就會把汁液淺出弄髒衣服。伴碟的西蘭花爽口,兩粒白果不苦,吃起來軟軟的。碧綠炒雞球,這個菜式不是位上,而是大碟上檯,玉豆炒得爽翠,顏色保持嫩綠,雞肉嫩滑,有點點蒜泥均衡地掛在食材上,用來配飯吃就很不錯,所以我們要求把炒飯也一齊送來。蔥花海鮮粒炒飯,這個是位上,碟中間有一大球炒飯,擺放工整

蔥花海鮮粒炒飯,這個是位上,碟中間有一大球炒飯,擺放工整,飯粒粒分明,飯內布有不少帶子肉,小量蝦肉,菜粒,蔥花、蛋絲混合一起,甘香可口。

甜品本來是鮮什果涼粉,但經理告訴我們今晚沒有涼粉,換楊枝甘露給我們。楊枝甘露內可以吃到芒果肉,西柚肉,雖然不夠香滑但酸酸甜甜的味道調配合適。

惠顧酒店級食店,吃得好固然重要,服務水準也要好才行。茶不夠濃味要求多放一個茶包壺,待應很快就幫我們加了。有查詢解答良好,幫忙拍照有耐心,揚手即有人回應,經理和待應都有良好服務態度,所以這頓晚餐吃得滿意。
