今年的大閘蟹十分有質素弄得平時一年只吃一次的規矩我也沒法遵守!這第三弄去到L'hotel Nina et Convention Centre內的如 Ru再次*如*願以償一飽口腹之慾!心水清的朋友應該發現到以往的如粵滬中菜廳已轉成了如 Ru,而中菜行政總廚亦改由新任的吳長江師傅掌舵,這天有空相約到好友便即去品嚐吳師傅手勢兼嘆埋時令大閘蟹套餐!酒店防疫措施從來也做得十分足!每枱必備一枝新的搓手液另外亦有精緻的口罩套供應,所以每次去開餐我也吃得特別放心。先品嚐五道菜的時令大閘蟹套餐$498/位,先上檯的是菊花五蛇羹跟足薄脆、檸檬葉和白菊花,可惜車媽媽對蛇羹不太喜好!所以我免費轉了松茸瑤柱杞子燉雞湯!以紫砂茶壺精美的盛載賣相得體之餘更可保溫!將松茸瑤柱杞子燉雞湯傾注出來,看到金黃而清澈的湯色喝下味道鮮甜味美。大家喝罷湯和羹後紫蘇葉蒸大閘蟹亦隨之上檯!而每隻公蟹也有四両半重對我來說剛剛好!揭開靚仔的面具底下是那澄黃混上雪白的蟹羔挺豐盛耶,絕對足夠滿足我的口腹之慾了嘻嘻!吃過寒涼的大閘蟹後當然要飲杯薑茶暖暖胃!之後便繼續品嚐剩下來的三道菜!第三道菜係BB柚皮扣北菇鵝掌,北菇厚肉滑溜香濃而鵝掌炆得入味口感亦恰好,BB柚皮炆得十分腍身喜歡與否便要看個人口味了!本來菜單中的是蛇湯灼時蔬但我轉了較喜歡吃的上湯灼菠菜,份量大到一個點呢喜歡吃菠菜的我也完成不了!最後單尾是大大份的生炒糯米飯!我吃了一口已經飽到不行了餘下來的不想浪費打包了給車爸爸作第二天的早午餐,我覺得除了愛吃大閘蟹外這個餐很適合大胃王來品嚐。有小籠包殺手劉總在生拆蟹粉小籠包$80/4隻當然要壯烈犧牲吧!所以額外加了一客剛好四人分享!但它絕對犧牲得有價值因為都得到大家一致的喜愛,造型賣相靚仔夾起來看到內裡的湯汁在盪漾很是誘人。蟹粉小籠包皮很薄收口位亦做得可口,內裡肉汁豐盈鮮味另加點香醋薑絲吃真的很滋味! continue reading

好耐無去食中菜,忽然有少少掛住飲茶食兩碟小炒,所以這天約肉肉子來到有海景的如心酒店中菜廳,入面有唔少健康素菜菜式可以選擇,特別推介很有水準的蜜汁素叉燒。荃灣如心酒店位於荃灣如心廣場一期樓上,搭地鐵最方便可以去荃灣西站,沿天橋行到如心廣場一期就搵到酒店入口,中菜廳位就於七樓。入面以喜慶紅色配高雅灰色為主調,地方都幾闊落,檯與檯之間很有距離,安全又坐得舒服。靠窗一面亦設置很多獨立房間,四人包一間自成一角最舒服。最入面的房間可以看到海景,陽光普照的日子很寫意。餐廳設有素食餐牌,可以吃到多款素菜。蜜味素叉燒 HK$68朋友推介必點的是這個蜜味素叉燒,賣相和味道看起來都跟真叉燒很相似,它有脆脆邊和炭烤香味,蜜汁香甜惹味,口感也很不似素肉呢。酥炸大蘑菇 HK$68新鮮炸好的大蘑菇真係無得頂,脆漿夠薄,蘑菇肉厚多汁,配上炸脆蒜香口美味,讓人一口接一口吃不停。脆皮素千層 HK$58炸得很靚仔的千層豆皮卷,外脆內軟,入面可以吃到很多很多層豆皮疊在一起的層次,而且豆香十足值得一讚。酸辣椰菜花 HK$138上桌的時候「咋咋」聲鑊氣十足,味道唔會太酸或太辣,非常mild的程度,但已經令椰菜花沒那麼沉悶。鵲巢彩虹素丁 HK$128賣相很夠傳統的鳥巢脆脆,配上五顏六色的炒蔬菜,當中有三色椒、芹菜、鮮百合、筍子、白果和素丁,一次過多吃幾款平常少吃到的蔬菜營養健康。松露荷塘珍菌 HK$78/位賣相非常有特色的一道,中間是用竹笙包著的番茄,切開會發現入面包了一堆雜菌,下面還有菠菜,黃色的則是近似南瓜湯的汁,仲有幾片新鮮黑松露添!整個手工感十足的菜式,雖然食材都是很常吃到的蔬菜,但師父就妙手生花變出令人驚喜的藝術品。養顏蛋白杏仁茶 HK$48 / 栗子茸西米焗布甸 HK$48平常我也很少吃到中式甜品,西米布甸據說是不少人的童年回憶,但我童年都好似無食過,這碗入面有栗子茸都幾特別,味道層次很豐富呢!另一碗白色的是蛋白杏仁茶,雖然養顏但我唔鍾意中式杏仁個藥水味,這碗吃起來不算很重味,入口還可以接受,而且燉得幾幼滑。平時間唔中都會經過如心廣場,我都係第一次上七樓中菜廳食飯,估唔到都幾好食,交通又方便可以再約朋友去聚會。 continue reading
