當大家無得出外用晚膳時,中午成了另一個主戰場,雖然只能一檯兩人,就可以諗下同太太來一個二人世界的Brunch吧!餐廳位於圓方的平台位置,平日都有不少人在煲煙,但近日都少了,空氣都清新得多。餐廳空間感闊落,其實幾舒服。Seafood Platter最吸引的,莫過於海鮮區,有半開的波士頓龍蝦,好多膏,肉質又爽甜,的確是個上佳回本位,但略嫌refill得有點慢。而海蝦幾大隻,蝦肉又係好爽,無疑是另一個選擇;至龍蝦鉗又可以啖啖肉,加上肥美的青口,海鮮區其實是收貨的。前菜除了一眾沙律外,Cold Cut有煙三文魚、辣肉腸、巴馬火腿、巴馬芝士及Blue Cheese。主菜任擇其一,而且選擇幾多,不過部份要加錢,但質素搭夠。PastaLinguine pasta, lobster ragout, light spicy tomato sauce and basil (add$68) 如果話加錢都頭食似乎有點誇,但在眾在主菜中,的確是最出色的一個,龍蝦肉吃得出的新鮮,肉味及龍蝦殼煮成的醬汁緊扣在Linguine上,而意粉亦不會過於遷就香港人口味而失去al dente的口感,微辣下更刺激了味蕾,好味。P

另一道是Penne,今次醬汁反而藏身在長通粉內,沒有了海鮮的帶動下,單純的蕃茄味更突出,真的不錯。

煙煙韌韌,又好香黑松露味,但近年食得太多黑松露菜色,有點膩的感覺,但質幾滑溜,份量不多,啱晒同行女性朋友。
