To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽就聽得多,終於有機會食永年士多車仔麵。朋友新居入夥,入元朗探望,順路食個車仔麵做午餐。三餸一麵$38 每加多一送$8 我就點左蘿蔔、豬皮、豬大腸、豬紅配米粉,小辣。一嚟到先飲啖湯,好濃嘅牛腩汁湯底,唔太鹹。蘿蔔上湯浸得好清甜豬皮有少少咖喱味,爽口彈牙。豬紅沒有血水味,口感幾好,都係新鮮爽口。豬大腸反而就有少少偏肥,下次應該要叫瘦腸。米粉吸晒成個濃湯嘅精華。腐乳通菜$25最鍾意食腐乳通菜,腐乳醬比較傑身,不過都好味。

腐乳通菜$25
最鍾意食腐乳通菜,腐乳醬比較傑身,不過都好味。
