Restaurant: Poke Go (大南街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Poke係美國夏威夷菜式,可以自己選擇不同配料,主要係健康主打,岩哂keep fit人士。如果你有選擇困難,建議你真係睇多幾次個菜單或者叫預設左既款式,如果唔係真係睇到眼都闊埋。佢個base有壽司飯珍珠糙飯同埋沙律菜揀,仲可以最多揀兩款。另外toppings呀top-up呀,醬汁呀同埋調味就唔講啦。中意食咩就食咩,不過溫馨提示,要考慮埋餸同餸或者餸同配料夾唔夾。我就叫魚生同糙米做base,魚生食極都食唔哂,好足料。配菜叫左薑、粟米同埋海帶,薑就開胃,粟米好夾個辛味蛋黃醬、海帶就正常。整體黎講,好大兜好多料,感覺好健康,如果外賣係office 當lunch 都幾方便。
