好耐無踏足跑馬地呢一帶,今次過黎食一間手pasta店 「Aedes Wine & Pasta Bar」。每日新鮮製作各款pasta,店員一開始用tray介紹每一款pasta同佢嘅煮法。認識到好多唔同類型嘅意粉,尤其係6款手工意粉,全部都睇落好好味,有啲造型仲好特別添!除左意粉仲有幾款appetizer同dessert。Ham Croquettes有驚喜!熱辣辣仲有爆餡效果嘅Croquettes。火腿忌廉餡好creamy仲有火腿嘅餡香,配搭Garlic Mayonnaise有好突出嘅蒜香,特別香口惹味。重頭戲嘅pasta揀左兩款餐廳手工做嘅意粉,其中一款Pappardelle Bolognese。係用左特別扁寬嘅手工意粉,煮到al dente嘅口感,軟硬度恰到好處,個蕃茄base嘅意粉sauce配搭濃郁嘅肉醬同Parmesan Cheese。好濃厚嘅sauce,意粉好掛汁,好好味!另一款係造型超特別嘅Malloreddus Melanzana。加左薯仔製作嘅手工意粉,口感特別煙韌!同樣係蕃茄base嘅意粉sauce,再配搭茄子、Burrata Cheese。呢個sauce濃厚得黎亦唔會太

原個嘅cheesecake 3-4個人share都ok。
口感好smooth好軟滑,仲有濃郁嘅芝士香,表面嘅海鹽焦糖甜度啱啱好,係好出色嘅Basque cheesecake!
