To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於誠品嘅台式便當，係開放式嘅餐廳隔離係其他嘅飲品店同埋書店，所以都幾易揾~喺呢個疫情之下，剩返一半嘅座位，所以都幾多人買外賣！呢度嘢食嘅種類有牛肉麵，肉操乾拌麵系列，百芳台式便當系列，小食方面仲有拼盤，鹽酥雞等，我見啲人會特登當小食咁外賣🤣台式便當系列有三種精選嘅配料加一隻滷水蛋~仲配埋嘢飲添🥤睇吓個滷水雞扒大到可以覆蓋成個便當! 配料有粉絲，雜菜，粟米，撈埋一齊好好食😋尤其啲粉絲吸晒甜甜地嘅滷水汁😚💛另外叫咗紅燒牛丸牛筋麵，以呢間係小店來講，佢個牛肉湯底真係出乎意料咁好味！好濃郁而且啲有啲雪菜、芫荽、蔥等嘅配料。而且啲牛筋係我好鍾意嘅淋度~牛丸好多汁🥺入面仲係肉色，同其他店嘅完全唔同呀! 因為係紅燒嘅關係所以見到湯底有啲辣椒粒，係微微嘅香辣😚麵條嘅闊度啱啱好可以吸哂啲汁😁仲有炸嘅花枝丸，本身已經好彈牙，仲食到類似孜然粉嘅調味料~嘢飲方面我叫咗凍嘅黑糖冬瓜檸檬，黑糖味重而且有種獨特嘅味道，幾特別🤔另外呢杯不得了，我喺門口嘅海報已經見到係推薦！好明顯見到分咗鮮奶芋泥同埋芋圓三層，芋泥唔係話好重味，但亦都唔會比啲奶蓋過咗，甜度適中，芋圓都幾彈牙😋
