To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放左工無所事事， 喺太古城window shopping完就去左附近誠品食飯。當日冇太多人，我叫咗個百芳豬扒便當 $64，仲加埋杯苿香綠茶少冰。便當內嘅組合非常豐盛，有炸豬扒、半隻雞蛋、絲粉、肉碎同粟米粒。炸豬扒炸得香脆，外脆內嫩，每一口都帶來滿滿的滿足感。半隻雞蛋煮得剛剛好，蛋黃鮮嫩，質感十足。絲粉同肉碎的搭配非常合拍，加上粟米粒的點綴，令口感更豐富。便當的份量十分充足，足以滿足我的飢餓感。而且價格相當實惠，物超所值。

今晚去到太古城，入到誠品見到呢間台灣餐廳，印象好似之前外賣有食過，今次試吓堂食啦🤔本身係想嚟飲阿薩姆紅茶，不過店員好似唔多友善回應我話唔係佢呢度負責賣，咁我問佢有咩飲最後揀咗普通烏龍茶😮💨成個體驗已經減分⋯至於食物方面，真係普普通通😐價錢嚟講亦都比較貴，覺得性價比唔高🫣個便當嚟講都算入味，如果價錢平少少就更吸引😂同朋友一齊食，諗住加$35食一個鹽酥雞，點知呢個鹽酥雞完全唔係嗰個味道😓好乾身，而且都唔夠味，有點可惜😩環境嚟講就正正常常，因為都係坐出邊open table。夜晚唔算好多人都容易搵位🤔

呢間百方池上便當在太古城中心誠品書局裡面，如果行街行到攰，這個是不錯的選擇。不過今次我是外賣的。今次我就買咗個鹽酥雞翼便當，份量都唔少。一個正常男士都夠食。除咗飯之外，仲有好多配菜（粉絲，粟米，粉絲，菜甫，滷蛋）。雞翼外皮微微鬆脆、仲要有肉汁。外賣便當可以選擇台式紅茶是免費的。
