其實我係一個叻沙holic﹐每次去馬拉或者新加坡都係每日總要食一碗,所以我點咗海鮮叻沙摻摻套餐,以慰藉我思念叻沙之情
摻摻係解2樣或以上嘅野撈埋,而叻沙摻摻係將米粉同油麵撈埋,雙重口感,而呢碗叻沙都算做得唔錯,用料同份量都算足,味道都ok。
男友點咗個新加坡海南雞飯套餐,另加一客南洋肉骨茶。雞個賣相唔錯,食落就一般般,唔夠滑。
至於個肉骨茶,係有d藥材味,未做到肉骨茶的精粹。
我地叫嘅套餐$88/人,係包一杯野飲同一款小食,計埋加一,唔算抵食。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
