To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 👁‍🗨 米紙蝦卷(7/10)💲35呢個米紙皮薄薄的,帶點腍身同埋煙韌既口感,入面包住蝦🦐滿滿既菜,雞肉同埋米粉,不過就咁食可能會比較單調,所以一定要點帶有花生既麻醬👁‍🗨 咖喱蟹肉飯(7.5/10)💲50平時吾係好食得辣既,都食倒呢個咖喱蟹肉飯,就知佢既咖喱真係唔係好辣啦🤗啖啖蟹肉配上香口既咖喱,一齊撈飯食,夠哂惹味,而且飯既份量都多,絕對夠飽😎只係略嫌間唔中食倒有蟹殼係入面😳👁‍🗨 蕃茄蟹膏河粉(7/10)💲48呢個蟹膏加左蛋,都幾香口,入面仲有扎肉,豬紅同豆卜,河粉又唔會太碎🤗個湯底係酸酸地咁,不過蕃茄味唔特別明顯,同埋有少少鹹鹹地,類似蝦膏既味道,我係接受到既,但估計未必個個鍾意呢個湯底🤔👁‍🗨 牛油果奶昔(7/10)💲25最近愛上左牛油果,難得地有少見既牛油果奶昔,就當然叫番杯啦😇成杯🥑奶昔都幾濃牛油果味😍口感係較為洁身,所以會飽濟少少,兩個人分一杯會好啲🔛 整體評分(7/10)
