四月十二日 (星期六)不知是何時起,香港人就愛上了下午茶躲在酒店,又或是在悠雅舒適的餐廳中享受一個悠閒下午,懶洋洋的,其實又挺寫意的隨之盛行,款式也不再限於傳統英式,主打中式又或是吹東南亞風的也不少較早前曾跟大家推介過帝苑酒店內Le Soleil的越式下午茶,得悉其會在四月十八日起推出全新的春夏版本,即與食友們前來先試過究竟 似曾相識的三層架,頂層和底層盡是越式風味頂層是兩款米紙卷伴着大大片的鵝肝多士兩款米紙卷要先吃,分別配上軟殼蟹和燒蝦肉上次吃過已教人難忘,精彩在最新版本中得以廷續蝦肉香甜爽口,軟殼蟹則炸得十分香脆米紙卷煙韌得來又不易破,蘸上魚露,酸酸甜甜,真是越來越去好還記得先前的版本是札肉三文治,現在則換上更矜貴的鵝肝油香滿溢,特意放上番茄粒,清爽多汁,也可去一點膩感底層的則是西貢春卷和越式庶蝦西貢春卷用上米紙來包,感覺會沒那麼油膩豬肉餡帶着十分豐富的咸香,還有蘿蔔絲和粉絲,爽口非常我喜愛伴魚露吃,味道更清新舊版本的炸蝦版,換上我更喜愛的越式庶蝦外層炸得香脆,蝦膠打得爽口彈牙,味道鮮甜不要錯過這碌少少的庶,鮮甜可口,似乎,是要為即將吃的甜品作好準備?老實說,這層大部份來自Fine
