喺上面酒店住,諗住落樓下試呢間越南餐廳。大概七點左右到達。目測見到大概有三份一嘅枱係available的,當中包括完全冇人坐過,和剛有客人食完走,但未執枱。在門口有個侍應問我們有沒有訂枱,我們說沒有,跟住佢就叫我哋等等。等咗10分鐘都仲未有人再次返嚟招待,已經有少少不滿。終於有人返嚟話全部book晒只係得廁所隔離一張枱。當場面都黑埋走了。五星級酒店食肆少少customer service都唔識。如果你係全部book晒剩係得廁所隔離的枱應該一開始就話俾客人知問客人接唔接受。不是等10分鐘後你做晒你嘅嘢先至返嚟同客人講。我之後出咗去第二度食完8:30左右返嚟見到頭先無人坐過枱繼續冇人坐。 continue reading

朋友仔帶我嚟,搞到我食咗場食飽飽嘅生日宴。嗱,我就快講你知啦。今日嗰份西貢春卷,炸到外脆內軟,香氣撲鼻,啖啖肉感做得掂;豬柳米紙卷貼心咁把呢啲日常搵食都要趕趕吃嘅料理亦做得唔錯;青瓜絲沙律清新解渴,口感爽口得嚟又唔會太油膩。講到嗰脆皮牛腩,真係得我個讚,皮脆唔膩口,牛腩嘅嫩滑度又岩岩好,軟熟得啱啱好;香煎銀鱈魚咋,魚皮煎到金黃嘅外表下藏住鮮嫩魚肉,真係一絕。蕃茄海鮮米線就略顯平平,湯底夠味,但海鮮就稍為嫌少。至於餐尾嗰兩款甜品,椰汁糕以清新嘅椰香收尾,Creme Brulee雖然算唔上驚喜,但都算係個甜絲絲嘅完美句號。飲杯Mojito真係解渴又提神,偏偏我就最鐘意呢種感覺啦!總括來講,呢間越南菜加上少少港式服務,整體來講都算親民享受,不過服務生若能再留心啲客人嘅需要,就真係冇得彈。快將呢間記低晒,下次又想圍爐一番!🥢🎉🍵 continue reading

五星酒店內的餐廳通常以粵菜, 法國菜或意大利菜為主, 走的當然是更精緻及Fine dining的表達模式, Le Soleil也算是一個異數, 走的是越南菜風格, 當然定價不會太便宜, 但比起動輒要差不多四位數字的Business Lunch, 這裏定價相宜得多, 而且其脆皮牛腩是我吃過在香港其中一家最好吃的, 可惜它每星期只會有一天在午市套餐出現, 吃不到有點可惜.我點的是蟹肉海鮮炒粉絲, 粉絲口感煙韌, 濕度乾爽但本身有點黏, 以魚露伴炒味道不錯, 蟹肉和海鮮份量慷慨, 蟹肉肉絲鮮香夠, 當然比起其他配菜吸引. 頭盤的Trio有粉卷, 春卷和米紙卷, 口感由黏到爽脆, 內裡配料各有不同, 同樣感受其心思. 吃完主餐除了點甜品之外, 也有一杯煉奶味香濃, 充滿越南風味的越南傳統滴溜咖啡, 相當醒晨. continue reading
