To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身好喜歡飲茶,近排喜歡去添好運,除了喜歡這裡的酥皮焗叉燒包好好味之外,仲有o里度2蚊茶錢咋,真係好抵食!講下o的野食先!首先,當然係講下酥皮焗叉燒包,一放上檯就好想食啦!熱辣辣的,甜甜地又鬆脆o既皮加埋o的叉燒,真係好好味!這種甜加鹹好夾!個鮮竹卷好好味,好夠味,一定係用蠔油炆左好耐!至於燒賣呢,o的豬肉,同o的蝦好夾,再加埋o的冬菇粒,好好味!個腸粉呢,睇相就知啦,個皮薄到呢!好晶瑩,薄到連o的餡都睇得好清楚喔!所以呢,o里度o的點心都真係幾好食!下次一於去試下其他款先。
