近期好似開咗啲新拉麵店,益咗我去啲等位快咗。今日接近兩點行過正諗緊食乜好,居然冇人龍,即即入去拎個位嘆下。一虎係灣仔都有一段日子,檸檬拉麵梗係出名,但係佢地嘅”一虎”先係我嘅最愛。今次點咗一虎特選版本,即係全配料加叉燒版本。仲叫多一碗白飯。拉麵有幼麵同正常size,又可以要求煮硬啲或者淋啲。我就鍾意傳統博多細麵多啲。麵嚟到先飲一啖佢哋熬咗十二個鐘嘅蔬菜豬骨湯。獨特嘅風味係佢哋先有。配料有味玉、叉燒、荀、木耳、紫菜。仲有少少嘅紅色辣蒜蓉醬,令成碗湯加一份刺激感。枱面放咗辣芽菜、雪菜、紅薑可以放入麵一齊食。麵好快就食完,仲有啲湯同配料係到。地道日本人鍾意加飯入去拉麵湯做湯飯食。因為飯會令湯變淡,可以加入一啲雪菜同辣芽菜增加返咸味同辣味。一個拉麵,一碗白飯兩食日本人叫做”ラーメンライス” (Ramenrice)。咁樣食其實都幾滿足。
