宜家真係甚少同男朋友出去食飯, 因為要節食減食, 又要做運動, 變左好多時間都係放工返屋企食飯始終出面食野真係多油多多肥多多味精今日黎到灣仔係因為去會展既美食博覽, 行下睇下有冇平野買反正出到黎, 男朋友又係對日本有偏愛既人再一次黎到呢度食拉麵假日中午時間黎到已經滿座, 外面有成三十幾度既天氣仲要係街度等真係有d吃力, 最後等左差不多15分鐘才安排入座一虎拉麵 $88同一般日本拉麵店一樣, 麵種有幼麵 & 粗麵之分, 硬度供選擇湯底一如以往飲落口濃厚但唔會好咸的, 個人覺得恰到好處, 落口唔會覺得肥膩, 不過未知係咪因為我叫左多香油所以湯面好似有一層肥豬油係上面, 感覺真係又肥又邪惡!!!!一向都係會叫上幼麵, 因為中意幼麵掛湯, 同湯品一齊食好夾~叉燒口感都ok, 不過有d人就會覺得略為有點瘦不過個人覺得呢個質感唔錯!今次又係叫左有糖心蛋既拉麵, 蛋好滑流而且一咬入面全部都係蛋黃汁~ 不過個人建議流心蛋要盡快食因為湯太熱會影響流心蛋既質量回頭再食證明味道係好食的! 好味 continue reading

「一虎」的名字聽進耳內好一段日子,碰巧有空再往書展,離場後便步往夏門街去。一如很多拉麵店的情況,是藏身於橫街內,「一虎」尚不算難尋,就是在利東街購物商場往金鐘方向多走一條街便是。門面不大,店內尚算寬敞,大約十九席左右,有一張二人檯,一張逼夾的六人檯,其他十九席就是吧檯,並圍繞著中央兩位主廚的拉麵師傅。獨個兒的我被安排坐在吧檯,正好看到師傅煮麵。第一次來,還是吃招牌拉麵「一虎拉麵」好了,看到夏日推介檸檬拉麵,本想一試,但怕中伏,有緣才再試吧。下了單,便吃杯冰水,走了半天書展,累極,好一杯冰水除解喝外,同時清洗味蕾。煮麵的師傅是健碩的年輕人,雙擘也有復習的紋身,如果雙擘也紋上老虎頭樣,那就能與店名匹配了!年輕師傅同時間處理三個拉麵,這是我並不欣賞之處,年輕人旁邊是一位女師傅,聽她說話的語氣,敢肯定她才是主廚,年輕人將拉麵瀝水後,便將麵交到女師傅那碗中,女師傅將麵一弄,再整理配菜等等,然後交到我前方的檯頂上。我慢慢取下拉麵,這下動作,個人認為對女生是有一定危險性,不過,這就是吧檯的風味。下單至麵上桌,用了十分鐘左右的時間,這絕對可以接受,始終,晚飯時間,店內剛滿席。「一虎拉麵」,已包括了兩塊叉燒和一隻半熟蛋了,配菜有黑木耳和蔥。這個豬骨湯,餐牌上說是以大量豬骨、菜和魚介大火煮十二小時濃縮而成。這個我管不著,照倒三口湯來,一呷,濃郁的豬味,膠感尚豐富,稍稍鹹了點,這個味道,很貼近沖繩的「暖暮」。比「一風堂」好吃而不及「豚王」。麵是幼麵,掛湯是不錯,我要求硬度普通,但稍硬,麵條遠比「一風堂」好而不及「豚王」,叉燒兩大塊都是瘦叉,整體是腍,但有少許嚡口,黑木耳爽口,糖心蛋的蛋黃太流心了,一夾開便流了出來,只餘一些啫喱狀黏著蛋白邊,蛋味不濃,是整碗最失色的一環。平情而論,在本地拉麵市場以八十八元不收加一來說,「一虎拉麵」是足料的了,至少,我有飽的感覺,若硬要我為「一虎」定一個過高低,我會認為,豬骨系列中,「一虎」比「一風堂」高而不及「豚王」,但,可以再吃。 continue reading

一虎拉麵 $88以十二小時大火將大量豬骨同新鮮蔬菜濃縮成自家湯底。濃厚既豚骨湯,帶點黏稠既感覺。個人覺得油份都幾重,食到一半覺得好膩,味道普通。有兩塊叉燒,份量頗多,但比較瘦,味道上亦未見特別。-最欣賞佢既溏心蛋,流心質地,蛋白嫩滑,咬落去爆曬汁,非常之有驚喜🐣而且仲有辣芽菜可以邊等邊食,但對我黎講有啲辣,但爽口開胃。整體黎講一般,冇乜地方係特別出色。我應該未必會再去,又或者我已經厭倦左豚骨湯😢 continue reading

我本人係一個拉麵控、最鍾意就係搵香港好食嘅拉麵、自從好友懷孕後有妊娠糖尿、醫生叫她減澱粉質!自此之後、我這個拉麵腳就沒有了、之前我一個住灣仔嘅好朋友知道我鍾意食拉麵、又帶我過來一起吃!他的老外男朋友超愛這間拉麵店!上次跟他們來吃是超級多人排了半個小時、我點了那個黑蒜油口味!嗰陣時好肚餓覺得好好味!一直都有點回味這間小店!因為好少過灣仔、同埋呢度好多人排隊所以就少來了⋯⋯自從上星期我去了朝聖去試嗰間所謂嘅一星米之蓮、咁我覺得一虎一定好食過佢哋、我今次食佢個原味蛋好食、湯底濃郁、肉也不錯!唔知點解我覺得今日嘅肉冇以前咁淋身!不是硬但不是很淋!但係整體來講係正嘅!多人排隊都係有原因 !終於滿足到食拉麵呢個慾望啊⋯⋯開心真係好easy! continue reading

This small ramen house serves a simple menu. I had the black garlic ramen with the thought that you cannot go wrong with putting more garlic. Really happy with the choice. I chose the noodle to be hard and it came a bit al dente. The soup was excellent, smooth and fragrant. Easily could have finished the soup. It is not easy explaining the dish in words but I would definitely go back for the same dish again. continue reading
