To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢度係以懷舊做特色既火鍋店, 連個名都係好特別揀左呢個任食放題, 價錢唔算貴, 但係包埋好多唔同類型既名貴食材用花膠雞煲做既湯底, 可以當係湯咁飲花膠味道完全係個湯底度飲到出黎連隻雞既雞件都係充滿住花膠既香味完左雞煲之後先到主題首先就係自行調配既醬料多種選擇 我就鐘意辣椒仔加豉油丸類同餃子類既食物都係會按人頭咁上台肥牛片超超超高質都係可以再ENCORE!!最後仲有埋雜果涼粉紅豆冰甜品作結!!超好味, 食左咁多咸野食呢食返D甜野中和返就最開心呢度既涼粉紅豆冰水準唔錯!! 比個LIKE佢
