To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與阻住好友江醫生很久沒見了,便專程約了他倆公婆,在灣仔來個四人飯局.靚太看見翅口水直流,猶幸江醫生細心,記得我在fb寫過尽量不吃翅,掃了靚太雅興,罪過罪過.改為了點另一款湯水花膠杏汁燉白肺很足料,雖然取價$80位的燉湯,但料足(花膠,雞腳,豬肺)湯靚,十分清潤,收貨.二弄玻璃名蝦球$208蝦球很大,很爽口,可惜造手不夠心思,酸甜汁有點起粉;白色那邊就略淡,讓我聯想起尖沙咀海景軒梁師傳的玻璃名蝦球,雖然價錢較貴,但不到本公關不對對梁師傳的廚藝折服.逸東一字骨$118是這兒的名菜,奈何期望愈大,失望愈大.肉是很稔,但沒有肉香.有點散收收的,不見突出,可能是期望太大之故,後來跟朋友談起這一字骨,大家都覺得不甚了了,因此相信並不是一時三刻的失手.沙窩濃湯魚肚肉鬆大芥菜$128魚肚很腥,濃湯也不覺得香甜,要賣$128,我想叫點清抄時菜算了.單尾來個鮑汁瑤柱荷葉飯.飯很入味,有冬菇及雞肉等,足料;加上飯身吸尽雞湯的日月精華,飯身粒粒分明,是吃了一碗又一碗.作為一個馬粒糕或者千層糕怪,又可以少得這個千層馬粒糕?千層的奶黃和蛋黃微甜,不會過甜,又有蛋黃香,易入口;夾在軟綿又鬆化的馬拉糕出間,實在是大愛

雖然很飽,我也連吃兩件.
如果他們能用古式製法的黑糖馬粒糕,肯定滋味倍增.

地方坐得舒適,服務也很好很到位,侍應的眼睛總是注視著顧客的枱面,以這個價位來說,有如此服務算是難得.
奈何旁邊坐著自由行,高聲談話;旁邊則坐著一大枱家長加小朋友,幾個小朋友在酒樓走來走去,經常在我們身後跌跌撞撞,讓我有置身兒童樂園的感覺.

茶芥$16位,還要收小食2-4位$22碟.
但每人埋單約$280,在百物騰貴的今天,收貨了.
是還會再來的酒家.
