Restaurant: Ying Jee Club

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得老板請食飯,同事福利組組長訂了2星米芝蓮飯店。第一次吃到味道近乎完美的珊瑚芙蓉蝦球皇 --- 原隻大蝦「片」成一朵花,伴在鮮味的蟹膏和細滑的蛋白上,感覺真不能用我所認識的文字來形容。「脆香貴妃鷄」未端上桌已經聞到香味,皮脆但不油膩,雞胸滑且肉汁豐富。聽說是營致會館的名菜之一。「香蔥頭抽爆鹿兒島 A4和牛」入口溶化,卻又不失牛味,亦未被生抽味道蓋過。最後是「魚湯米線」,湯㡳鮮甜,暖暖的,為這一邨劃上完美句號。 超級大推薦!
