朋友約我吃生日飯,又想坐耐啲所以搵咗間日式放題慢慢坐慢慢食囉!大喜屋吃過無數次,極上都吃過兩次,今次試埋最高級嘅「殿」!門口甜品櫃裝修得很靚,幾排毛公仔做擺設,卡位闊落坐得好舒服。刺身有池魚王、拖羅、北寄貝、象拔蚌、海赤蝦同超大超厚嘅帶子。鵝肝和牛燒壽司,薄薄的和牛很鮮又有牛香加上鵝肝很夾,原條海鰻壽司很鮮味,醬汁很惹味。皇帝蟹棒同蝦天婦羅是必食的。香蒜牛油帆立貝,煎得金黃香脆。鹽燒鯖花魚,外皮煎得香脆內裡肉質非常嫩有油香。燒香草羊鞍,羊肉加少許油脂分布均勻。牛舌串燒,燒得香脆加上鹽花很惹味。黑松露燉蛋,嫩嫩燉蛋很鮮甜黑松露令蛋味更出。
