初時擔心價錢好貴,但原來非常抵食,點了一個套餐,有阿根廷紅蝦,鮑魚,扇貝,龍蝦,琵琶龍蝦,愛情蟹,奄仔蟹,蟶子皇和少少蔬菜。
首先食阿根廷紅蝦,蝦頭勁多膏,鮮甜肉爽,食完大蝦,服務員隨即幫忙蒸另一種海鮮,招呼非常到位,一邊解釋食材來源,又再解釋蒸煮時間,增進不少知識。另外奄仔蟹亦非常之實肉,絕對新鮮。
食到最後仲有一個鮮味粥底,之前蒸海鮮的精華家俊粥底,鮮味無比。份量非常足夠,一定食得飽。環境舒適,坐得好闊落,值得一試再試。現場見到好多一家大細一齊食,氣氛好好。














To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
