同阿珍一齊來金船長吃一頓豐富晚餐,她生日,想品嚐這店的得獎菜-黑松露pizza,那晚我們享受了一頓船長的心意之作。先談黑松露pizza,表面灑滿芝士粉,吃落鬆脆,不是太厚,內層有很多黑松露醬,好清香,我們都愛蘸上提子醋,沒有那麼膩,我也愛伴著有機豆芽苗同吃,口感更清新,得獎菜果然令人喜出望外。法式田螺配多士,田螺局得很香,食落彈牙鮮甜,表面有芝士和香草,吃落更有層次。多士香脆,配以田螺和醬汁一齊食,極美味。煎西冷夠份量,7成熟都好脍,肉汁多,牛味重。還選了炸軟殼蟹南瓜意大利飯,軟殼炸得香脆,伴以粒粒分明煙韌的意大利鈑,味道很夾,飯食落有Creamy 南瓜醬汁,太美味了!我們品嚐了梳乎梨作結,自家做的,吃落好鬆軟,極以吃蛋糕,不會太甜,有牛油香,不錯。船長fusion菜,後會有期啊!
