朋友講這間在大窩口的餐廳味道唔錯而且有一個好特別嘅黑松露pizza因為另外一個朋友係勁鍾意食黑松露所以我哋最後就諗住過去試一試。去到裝修同衛生都唔錯,食物方面選擇都有唔少,都見到有唔少嘅人食緊黑松露pizza同牛扒,所以我哋最後決定要左一個Pizza兩個意粉同埋一個牛扒,作為我哋型嘅晚餐,最後因為份量都偏大所以都食唔晒添。黑松露菌醬意式馬斯卡普芝士夾心比薩,不久就來到,黑松露都有好多,而且口感都幾特別,味道係啱啱好,唔會話實在好鹹,而且中帶點香味,配上醬汁有另外一個味道。但我同朋友都係鍾意原汁原味。大蝦意粉的大蝦都幾大隻,而且食落去都好十分之爽口,幾新鮮。意粉口感都彈牙,唔會淋身,而味道剛好,啱晒我一些唔鍾意食太淋身意粉嘅朋友。冇諗過牛扒會咁大份,切出嚟都十分之軟熟,牛扒味道濃郁,而且配菜都唔少,最後我哋都差啲食唔晒成塊牛扒添。肉醬千層面的肉醬十分好味,味道剛好,好濃郁。千層麵吸了不少醬汁,煮得不錯,而且份量都不少。 continue reading

平時好少經過大角咀,今次特意慕名來試下得獎嘅鎮店之寶黑松露pizza。上枱就聞到好香嘅芝士味,pizza焗到金黃鬆脆,入面夾着一層薄薄嘅黑松露醬,份量恰到好處,唔會太濃烈而搶左本身嘅芝士香味,整個配搭都好夾。侍應建議左幾種食法比我地,一係直接原汁原味咁食pizza唔使加料,二係夾住蟹抓菜食,最後就係食之前蘸上旁邊嘅提子果醋。三種食法入面最鍾意都係搭住提子果醋咁食,酸酸甜甜好醒胃,亦都有提味嘅作用,食多幾塊pizza都唔覺漏。BBQ醬豬肋骨肉質算腍唔會鞋口,骨同埋肉都容易分離,加上酸酸甜甜嘅BBQ醬,令人好開胃。香煎老虎蝦配龍蝦汁意大利飯大大隻的虎蝦非常吸睛,但肉質食落比較實同埋無咩蝦嘅鮮味,亦都吸唔到意大利飯嘅龍蝦汁,整體嚟講無咩太大驚喜。 continue reading

行到大角咀,唔知食咩好,即刻上OpenRice睇吓附近有咩好食🤓見到呢間餐廳有500幾個好評,就打電話去即刻book位,咁啱有位,就去咗食啦就去左食啦我哋book咗七點,去到時餐廳未full望到餐牌見到有個得獎Pizza咁當然啦你試吓啦,同埋依度有自選意粉,可以自己揀汁揀材料,都幾得意。不過我哋最後都揀咗餐牌上既risotto話咁快得獎pizza就黎喇!pizza由兩塊餅夾住 外面有芝士粉,入面夾住黑松露醬。旁邊仲有果醋比我地點黎食。黑松露味唔夠香,芝士同黑松露味唔太夾,加埋果醋更加咩味都無哂😖😖risotto既飯太稔,得2隻蝦同飯😓😓可能係港式意大利餐廳,不過價錢都唔係好平,加上唔好食🤭失望😓😓 continue reading

金船長餐廳 的名字聽了很多年, 聽講好好味, 約了親友一行6人去試下食晚餐。 訂了7PM的枱, 但其中一位親友要7:10先可以到達, 我地問餐廳可以先入坐還是等齊人才入坐, 餐廳職員話 一入坐無論齊唔齊人都係計1.5小時用餐。 咁我地更係等人齊才入坐。 餐廳地方唔算大, 我地根據網上的食評點選咗以下菜式: 綠豆蓉湯:  唔太甜黑松露菌醬意式馬斯卡普芝士夾心比薩: 雖然係PIZZA, 但個賣相及口感都似三文治, 黑松露菌醬味好濃, 成份PIZZA, 我淨係食到黑松露醬味道, 但係佢地的提子醋汁就好特別,人地話餐廳侍應會介紹PIZZA的食法, 個日就無人介紹俾我地。 自選車仔意粉;  老虎蝦配帆立貝天使麵 ($168):  阿嫂話呢個天使麵唔錯,蝦新鮮, 最欣賞係可以分開汁上法式焗田螺配法底多士 ($68):  田螺好細隻, 味道一般蜜糖慢煮豬手配蜜糖燒汁 ($168): 豬手好淋, 好香, 好食燒紐西蘭羊架 ($188):  我地叫7成熟的羊架, 但餐廳煮到好生, 應該得5成熟, 羊架全完唔似燒的, 係水煮, 羊架的表面一D都唔似燒過, 羊味唔夠濃   (忘記影相)美國特級西冷牛扒 ($278): 我地叫了2份5成熟的牛扒, 點知一份係5成熟, 好味, 但另一份似8成熟, 好韌原味金船長梳乎厘 ($38):  梳乎厘賣相好好, 唔係太甜, 味道唔錯    continue reading

朋友是比薩控,於是帶我去試一試位於大角咀的得獎比薩。黑松露菌醬意式馬斯卡普芝士夾心比薩有別於一般傳統的比薩,這款得獎比薩類似平時吃的飛碟,中間有黑松露和芝士的夾心,味道濃郁。配上黑醋汁一起吃,可以減低芝士的油膩感,別有一番風味。香煎法國鵝肝蘋果沙律煎香後的鵝肝放在香脆的多士上,再加上黑醋汁,味道合拍。心太軟朱古力布甸將微熱的心太軟切開,看到流心朱古力醬。金船長梳乎里梳乎里焗得非常膨脹,吃入口充滿空氣感,而且入口即溶。 continue reading
