今晚我們去咗粉嶺逸峯廣場嘅「新明苑宴會廳」食晚飯!我們叫咗鷄燉翅、清蒸青斑、四川剁椒蒸魚雲、秘製冰梅醬燒骨、脆皮燒鷄、魚湯野菌浸菜苗同孖寶:薑蔥焗肉蟹拼脆皮燒鵝皇「例」!鷄燉翅嘅湯料相當豐富,湯底嘅味道好清甜香濃!清蒸青斑蒸嘅時間恰到好處,所以肉質非常嫩滑!四川剁椒蒸魚雲嘅賣相色澤好鮮艷吸引,肉質極之新鮮嫩滑,味道非常鮮甜!秘製冰梅醬燒骨嘅肉質超香滑鬆軟,配埋酸甜醒胃嘅冰梅醬汁一齊食,真係好滋味!脆皮燒鷄嘅皮燒得相當香脆,肉質非常嫩滑!魚湯野菌浸菜苗嘅魚湯味道好鮮味,菜苗好幼嫩同無根!孖寶:薑蔥焗肉蟹嘅肉質好鮮甜彈牙,芡汁嘅味道唔會好鹹!脆皮燒鵝皇「例」嘅肉質好鬆軟嫩滑,肉汁亦相當多!
