去港x酒樓太多人要等, 於是揀左呢間唔洗等位食晚餐, 食物質素都算ok, 小菜味道幾香口, 但職員態度真係好一般首先我地唔想坐近住個廚房, 叫侍應可唔可以換第二枱,得到既回應係「我唔得閒, 你搵第個人啦!」好~~~咁我地自己搵人幫手.....👿用餐完後, 問下張receipt細項, 個待應又態度唔耐煩咁hea答, 我費時駁番佢...其實去過呢間用膳幾次, 之前都ok ge, 係呢次既印象認真馬馬態度真係有待改善...難怪唔洗等位🙄 continue reading

由於較早前撞見返一個好多年無見嘅好朋友,而且差唔多到佢嘅生日,所以佢就約咗我們去粉嶺逸峯廣場嘅「新明苑宴會廳」一齊飲下午茶預祝佢嘅生日!我們叫咗鮮蝦蒸腸粉雖然厚咗啲,但質感好煙韌軟滑,蝦肉亦好彈牙!流沙煎堆仔炸得都幾香脆,而入面嘅流沙效果都幾好,味道亦好香濃!涼瓜炒排骨嘅排骨肉質好爽滑,涼瓜嘅質感相當甘香爽脆,唔會炒到過咗火而變到好腍身,而且份量十足!蠔皇叉燒包嘅包質好香滑軟熟,蜜汁嘅味道好香甜!金瑤蛋白菜粒炒飯炒得好乾身同粒粒分明,而且材料嘅份量超足料豐富!排骨陳村粉嘅陳村粉質感好煙韌彈牙,而且吸收晒排骨嘅精華同豉椒嘅惹味!晶瑩蝦餃皇嘅餃皮都幾薄身,質感好煙煙韌韌,蝦肉相當爽甜彈牙!甜酸五柳豬手嘅質感好煙煙韌韌,酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁,相當醒胃同唔會有好油膩嘅感覺!豉汁蒸鳳爪燜得好腍好入味,醬汁嘅味道好惹味,而且唔會過鹹!鮮蝦菜苗餃嘅餃皮好晶瑩薄身,可以好清楚睇到入面嘅餡料,而且好足料豐富,味道好清新!蟹籽燒賣皇嘅肉質好爽滑多汁,而且都幾大粒!山竹牛肉球嘅牛肉味好濃郁,肉質好鮮嫩多汁,食落有清香嘅芫茜香味! continue reading

居然設宴在粉嶺,真係就晒我夠晒近,搭的士轉眼就到。花了十幾分鐘車程就到達了,進場發現每位都未齊人喎,而且還有演講及頒獎部份未做,睇情況都有排未開飯呢。一大班後生師弟,我真係老喇。悶悶地,睇下傳單小冊子,原來館已係數年前進軍神州推廣跆拳道,而且還發展不錯呢。燒乳豬,比想像中質素高喎,相都影唔切已搶剩隻豬頭乍。半肥瘦不太過份,半肥膏半瘦肉,皮脆肉嫩,醃味略咸,油膩感幾重,沾上砂糖好一點。豬仔腳最正,我當然唔客氣全部沒收。皮嚥韌無肥膏,肉滑甜美。芝士大蝦球伊麵,第二道菜就出現伊麵喇!武夫體力輸出極大,怕大家肚餓先打個底啦!芝士汁水汪汪浸著脆肉瓜粒及蝦球,水災泛濫的感覺。淡如水的芡汁只留有一絲咸芝士味,伊麵浸到散筲筲腍劈劈,無牙都食到,趙都不用趙倒落肚都可以,唯有加入大量豆瓣醬求其食晒,失敗。蝦球蠻有水準,不是鹽醃啤水假爽無鮮味的明蝦,食落先爽後嚥韌,還有微量的鮮蝦味𦬕喎。翡翠炒花枝螺片,唔熱既?完全無鑊氣可言,煮好左段時間喇喎。靜態的演繹,西蘭花燴花枝螺片。凍西蘭花,全熟又脆到卜卜聲,味道不錯。暖意微弱的花枝螺片,兩者都軟腍,有海鮮味,合格。最好食竟然係彩椒,清爽甜味,爽嫩多汁。紅燒竹笙花膠翅,翅碎、花膠絲、竹笙粒,金華火腿雞湯底。色澤鮮明不暗淡,富光澤立立令,熱燙燙而輕煙飄飄,香噴噴增進食慾。來一口膠膠黏黏,漿嘴的感覺非常受樂。雖知浙醋不是混著吃,但添上甜酸味會更醒神開胃呢。濃湯香芡夾雜竹笙爽、花膠棉、翅碎彈,十分醇厚美味。蠔汁冬菇鮑菇片,只是暖暖的,不夠熱啊!蠔汁濃烈併上爽甜水潤生菜就剛剛好,雙菇被心下去了!厚厚冬菇滑嘟嘟,菇味清爽。鮑菇真係好似乾鮑片呢,嚥嚥韌韌,還好啦。清蒸大龍躉,穩陣之選。含吃的我一起手目標只有臉珠登,雖然龍躉只得少許肉,不及虎斑又脹又厚,暫時頂住先啦!全條魚最肉彈結實臉珠登,第二目標係膠滑無骨魚肚,再到啖啖厚肉魚背脊,最後魚鰭魚頭。嗜魚的我當然照單全收,各部位沾上魚汁、豉油及蔥油,好味啊! continue reading
