To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 強烈推介!!最近沉迷了一名youtuber叫有碗話碗既片,跟去吃一間位於銅鑼灣的印尼菜,有超級惹味的燒雞 (好像說以前要吃的話要預訂)😍 熱辣辣真的是非常好味(好味到O嘴那種程度!!),覺得是用甜豉油蜜糖醃制而成,加上那種bbq的燒焦味真的是超級香😚 基本上不用點醬汁也已經非常好吃,旁邊的醬汁是偏酸和辣😆 飯是比較少見的斑斕飯,蒸得班蘭味很濃! 另外我們還點了一些豬肉和白鱔串燒,是另一種惹味,燒雞是偏甜串燒是偏鹹😋但香料味還是很足,很有特色!! 白鱔非常厚身彈牙😍 最後也試了只有$15的斑斕蛋糕👽我覺得相比起主菜他沒有那麼亮眼👽但是還是挺好吃🤗 是一頓晚飯的完美句號👽
