To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺香港專做野生蒸海鮮嘅舖頭越來越少 老細話原因係野生嘅數量非常之少 而且成本高 好少老細肯拎貨但係喺銅鑼灣呢間蒸海鮮就食到啦全部海鮮都係野生嘅 比起出邊一般嘅海鮮肉味更加鮮甜 而且上枱時候仲好生猛添我哋叫咗$449嘅套餐 呢個價錢竟然食到10款海鮮 真係非常之抵最深刻印象嘅係好少見到嘅野生琵琶龍蝦 呢款琵琶龍蝦比起平時嘅龍蝦會細少少但係因為佢長年唔郁嘅關係肉質會更加細嫩佢哋嘅菲律賓野生膏仔蟹都非常出色 爆曬膏 而且高非常香甜 上枱嘅時候隻蟹嘅眼仔仲郁嚟郁去 非常新鮮 蟹肉亦都結實緊致 完全係新鮮嘅表現其他海鮮比較特別嘅,係韓國釜山鰻魚 好少地方食食到 呢款鰻魚油脂非常充足 精元之後都食到嫩滑嘅口感蟹膏大元貝都令人印象深刻 超新鮮超大嘅元貝上邊仲要放滿蟹膏 完全係雙重享受韓國釜山蠔就已大細取勝 超級大隻 而且食落都非常新鮮最後將海鮮蒸完之後所有精華會落晒落下面嗰個海鮮粥度 超級正呀得閒想食海鮮一定會再返嚟食😆
