今次嚟到尖沙咀呢間日本菜,主要過嚟食燒海鮮。朋友介紹話啲海鮮特別新鮮,就book咗早少少入座食。磯燒海鮮盛合 🦀🦐基本上有齊各款海鮮,有扇貝、虎蝦、蟹腳、大蜆、石蠔,仲有郁緊嘅大鮑魚。全程有職員幫你燒,開埋殼,我哋負責食就可以。食材就梗係新鮮喇,加上清酒一齊燒,海水咸味令啲海鮮仲鮮味,最鍾意就係鮑魚同松葉蟹腳。蟹味噌甲羅燒磯燒必點。蟹膏、蟹肉、蟹子混合煮熟,啖啖濃烈蟹味。南瀛卷呢度嘅名菜,紅蝦、三文治籽、拖羅蓉滿瀉嘅特色卷物。係佢地燒海鮮時食就啱晒。松葉蟹海膽釜飯🍚最後都係要有啲熱飯落肚。入面有松葉蟹、櫻花蝦、海膽。撈勻之後再焗一焗先食得。焗完香味更出,都幾有特色。
